Dipping Sauce
(Great for artichokes & asparagus)
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon smoked olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Simply combine all the ingredients and you have a fabulous sauce for dipping artichokes & asparagus. It’s so good….it’s even converted non-artichoke lovers!
