Turkey Panini
2 slices ciabatta or French bread
1/4 lb sliced turkey breast
2 tbls sun dried tomatoes
3 oz. sliced mozzarella
1 tbls & 1 tsp Smoked Olive Oil (approx)
Preheat pannini grill. Spread one slice of bread with 2 tbls sun dried tomatoes. Top with mozzarella and sliced turkey. Drizzle Smoked Olive Oil on turkey and top with the remaining slice of bread. Brush both sides of the panini with approximately 1 tsp Smoked Olive Oil. Grill for 3 minutes, or until golden brown on the outside and warm inside.
