FAQ. . .
How do you smoke olive oil? We have a proprietary process that allows us to NATURALLY wood smoke premium oil…. in the absence of heat, air & light. This maintains the integrity and flavor of fresh extra-virgin olive oils. It’s also one of the reasons we receive all the medals, great reviews & Chef endorsements. As one of our claims to fame, it’s a closely guarded secret.
Are your products Natural, Vegan and Gluten free?
Yes – yes & yes!
What else are you guys smoking? We get asked that one a lot, sometimes with tongue in cheek. However, we are working on something wild & crazy!
The idea began years ago, when a local fine dining Chef was trying to make his hand made mozzarella smokier. His questions led to our exciting new product to be announced in 2018, through our new DARKHORSE Specialty Foods. We can't wait to unleash this one.....it's a breakthrough!!
